Project Manager, Commercial/Industrial

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, and budgeting
• Work closely with owners and design teams to develop preliminary concept drawings and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly job site meetings to ensure project progress
• Organize and manage multiple activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines to meet or exceed client expectations

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of project management experience, preferably on large commercial or light industrial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive design/build experience
