About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business strategies
- Engage effectively with Executive Director (ED) level stakeholders and collaborate with Finance, HR, and TA teams
- Perform advanced numerical analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
- Utilize MS Office Suite to create complex Excel models and executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Guide, support, and manage junior team members within the project framework
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to mitigate risks and allocate resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of professional project management experience
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically complex Excel formulas and functions
- Strong numerical analysis and data interpretation skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a PMO (Project Management Office) environment
- Proficiency in Excel VBA or other MS Office automation tools
