Responsibilities

• Oversee project and resource management from initiation to closure, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timing
• Improve the efficiency of product development and rollout processes by engaging stakeholders across business units
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, keeping detailed notes and communicating action items
• Support project deployments and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with operations, tech, marketing, and business development
• Analyze business requests to build strategic business cases and determine successful resolutions
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
• Proactively manage risks and competing priorities in a dynamic business environment

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading digital projects and product development
• Deep expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience in coding and JavaScript (JS)
• Ability to manage offshore teams across significant time zone differences
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Gantt, or flow chart tools
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with SQL, Angular JS, Ruby on Rails, or WordPress

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
