Responsibilities

• Oversee project management from initiation to closure, managing planning, scope, goals, deliverables, and timing
• Improve the efficiency and clarity of product development and rollout processes
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, keeping detailed notes and communicating action items
• Support project deployments and continuous improvement initiatives across operations, tech, marketing, and customer service
• Analyze business requests and build strategic business cases with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
• Communicate strategy, requirements, and progress clearly to all stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks and competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading digital projects and product development
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira or Gantt Chart tools
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Excellent English reading comprehension and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time efficiently
• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to new situations
