Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish a pathway to project success based upon key performance indexes as defined by stakeholders
• Oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from initial concept through final punch-list and close-out
• Create project schedules and budgets, identifying and resolving deviations or issues as they arise
• Develop strong industry relationships and represent the Colliers project management brand
• Lead and direct a variety of vendors while providing critical thinking to complex problem-solving

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
• Extensive knowledge of the design process, construction, and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
• Working knowledge of industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications
• Ability to travel within the state as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a related field of study
• Experience working within a government environment
• Experience in directing and maintaining team spirit
• Familiarity with business development strategies and maintaining industry relationships
