Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multidisciplinary projects from due diligence through to approvals, design coordination, and construction support
• Act as the primary client-facing representative, building trusted relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal discipline leads across civil, water, transport, planning, and urban design teams to ensure aligned outcomes
• Facilitate project meetings, manage workflows, and oversee project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
• Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and external consultants to support successful project delivery
• Support the Project Director with project reporting, commercial management, and strategic client engagement
• Identify and manage project risks while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client expectations
• Manage financial targets including budgets and profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects, ideally within land development or infrastructure environments
• Strong stakeholder and client management capability with confidence leading project discussions
• Demonstrated ability to manage programmes, budgets, risks, and project delivery outcomes
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive accountability across multidisciplinary teams
• Commercially aware with strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management or a related discipline
