Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy and execution based on client requirements
• Manage quality, cost, schedule, and risk for architectural projects such as office relocations and facility renovations
• Drive decision-making by coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors
• Propose optimal solutions by implementing industry best practices
• Build long-term partnerships through high-quality project delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in architectural construction projects
• Proven track record of completing projects within budget and schedule
• Strong leadership and communication skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to changing project environments
• Problem-solving skills in uncertain or high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• First-class Building Construction Management Engineer certification
• First-class Architect certification
• English language proficiency
