Responsibilities
- Lead project strategy and execution based on client requirements
- Manage quality, cost, schedule, and risk for architectural projects such as office relocations and facility renovations
- Drive decision-making by coordinating with stakeholders including clients, designers, contractors, and vendors
- Propose optimal solutions by incorporating industry best practices
- Build long-term partnerships through high-quality project delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager leading entire projects
- Proven track record of completing projects within budget and schedule through integrated management
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage quality, cost, and schedule
- Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to changing client needs or plans
- Experience building trust and consensus with executive sponsors and diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to handle uncertain or changing project environments
Preferred Qualifications
- First-class Building Construction Management Engineer certification
- First-class Architect certification
- English language proficiency
