Responsibilities

• Lead technical consulting during the pre-sales phase, including technical QA, research, POC leadership, and proposal creation.
• Propose solutions involving system development and collaboration with third-party partners.
• Manage external vendors, including obtaining estimates and price negotiations.
• Act as Project Manager post-sale to ensure smooth and efficient solution delivery.
• Communicate technical requirements with the product development team to influence future roadmaps.
• Manage and support pre-sales and post-sales project members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience as a Project Manager in system development.
• Experience managing outsourcing partners.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in Japanese.
• Foundational knowledge of system infrastructure (servers, API development, cloud platforms, non-functional requirements).
• Experience proposing and implementing SaaS or PaaS solutions.
• PMP or Information Technology Project Manager certification (or equivalent knowledge/experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in system proposals/implementation for public, financial, or large-scale enterprises.
• Consulting skills for solution implementation.
• Experience with AI-related system implementation.
• Experience building cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
