Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of technology and systems integration projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task trackers, RAID logs, and change request records
• Coordinate project activities across technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project progress against baselines and escalate risks or delays
• Coordinate UAT activities, deployment readiness, and project closure
• Maintain accurate project governance documentation including status reports and meeting minutes
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for PMO review
• Support PMO initiatives related to process standardization and governance improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or systems integration
• Experience managing client-facing technology projects and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications
• Experience within UAE/GCC government or enterprise environments
• Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) tools
• Arabic language proficiency
• Experience managing stakeholders at C-suite level
