Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion
• Track project progress and implement corrective actions for identified issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Provide regular status, risk, and issue updates to leadership
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
• Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project management
• Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet
• PMP or ScrumMaster certifications
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
