Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of technology and systems integration projects across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task trackers, RAID logs, and change request records.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines and escalate risks, delays, or deviations.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and participate in project governance meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for PMO and management review.
• Ensure all project documentation is centrally maintained and aligned with PMO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management or coordination experience in technology or systems integration environments.
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working within a PMO governance structure.
• Experience in UAE/GCC government or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in EPMO/PPM tooling platforms.
• Knowledge of Arabic language skills.
