Project Manager, Climate & Geopolitical Risk

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans to ensure the Climate & Geopolitical Risk team delivers on its strategic goals
• Oversee the overarching governance framework, including roadmaps, budgets, and training administration
• Manage ongoing reporting and mandatory disclosures to key stakeholders and the Board
• Maintain relationships and lead formal working groups with key internal stakeholders
• Update and maintain formal policies, processes, and controls within internal systems
• Manage engagement with Audit and regulatory bodies, including exam processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of Project Management or Financial Services consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Audit or Risk management experience in a large financial services organization or management consultancy
• Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end risk management lifecycle and governance structures
• Ability to distill complex information into consumable narratives for executive and Board-level audiences
• Experience identifying risk pathways and devising effective management strategies
• Prior experience specifically related to Climate and/or Geopolitical Risk Management
