Project Manager Civil

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate various aspects of development projects
• Oversee a team of project management consultants and contractors
• Implement scope of work regarding construction, MEP, architectural, finishes, and furniture
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities
• Ensure commissioning of facilities conforms to project specifications and schedules
• Prepare and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and manuals
• Manage authorities through public relations to avoid construction disruptions
• Present weekly project progress to the Head of Projects
• Monitor site progress through surveys

Requirements

• BSc Civil Engineering (PEC registered)
• 15+ years of experience in planning and leading multi-story projects
• Demonstrated ability to deliver completed projects
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional presentation and workload management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
