Project Manager - Civil

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
• Establish overall success criteria including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
• Develop detailed project plans and establish effective project governance
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Manage change control processes and monitor project finances
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in bid documentation
• Ensure prompt client invoicing and monitor project financial status

Requirements

• B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch in Civil Engineering
• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Proven experience working for a construction consultancy in India
• Strong technical skills in civil engineering and project management
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant field
