Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets
• Oversee project execution, from site inspections to coordination with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including resource allocation, budget management, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and satisfaction
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Expert understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in Arabic is required
