Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Projects Director in coordinating and managing all project phases from concept to completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure effective communication and relationship management
• Liaise between design, engineering, and site teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for internal and client review
• Support technical documentation review, submissions, and approvals in compliance with local authority standards
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings with stakeholders and contractors
• Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and action plans in collaboration with senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with company standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of UAE-based experience, ideally covering both Abu Dhabi and Dubai projects
• Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, municipality procedures, and permitting processes (ADM, DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proven experience in client relationship management and project coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• DMT-issued Engineering license
• Experience with GCC projects in healthcare, residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional sectors
• Knowledge of both design and construction supervision processes
• Arabic language proficiency
• Valid UAE driving license
