Project Manager Civil and Port Engineering

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage construction projects in civil and port engineering
• Ensure project execution meets all schedule, cost, and quality requirements across all phases
• Provide technical leadership and coordination for project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage client relationships, lead negotiations, and coordinate relevant project matters
• Ensure efficient planning and construction processes while adhering to technical and contractual requirements
• Guarantee compliance with all legal, technical, and safety regulations
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities and contribute to the development of teams and processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in managing projects within civil, structural, or port engineering
• Proficient in VOB (German construction contract procedures) and MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills, high sense of responsibility, and assertive communication style
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel for project-related tasks within the Baltic Sea / Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of calculation and accounting software, ideally iTWO
