About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise and program technology initiatives across HRA program areas
- Translate complex operational, policy, and regulatory requirements into business and functional specifications
- Develop structured project plans and measurable implementation outcomes
- Collaborate with HRA leadership, internal/external service providers, and oversight entities
- Drive initiatives from concept through implementation and stabilization
- Align project outcomes with agency policy, strategic objectives, and enterprise architecture
- Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and resource requirements
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business owners on solution options and delivery
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital/graphics design, data visualization, communication, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience
- OR Associate degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience
- OR Baccalaureate degree plus 8 years of relevant experience
- Specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology, or domain
