Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate different technical blocks within the Lund, four tracks project
• Support Trafikverket's project managers in strategic work
• Handle legal issues in railway planning contracts
• Coordinate between technical areas to ensure common progress
• Manage interfaces and dependencies within various railway technical areas
• Participate in work regarding track timings
• Contribute railway technical knowledge to constructability issues
• Support strategic choices and priorities within the project
• Manage risks and follow up on critical issues
• Support procurement strategy and development of tender documents
• Support the startup and management of consultants and contractors
• Coordinate decision points, meetings, and reporting
• Ensure continuity and knowledge transfer within the project organization

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role on the client side in projects with >250 MSEK turnover
• Completed at least two assignments in a leading position within railway projects in the last 10 years (each min. 6 months at >50% capacity)
• Certified SOS leader
• Experience driving the approval process for "Allmänt organ" and "krediterat organ" in at least one railway project
• At least 6 months of experience in construction/reconstruction and commissioning of signaling with interlocking 85 and 95
• Leadership role in a procurement process for at least one project with >1000 MSEK turnover
