Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and report all aspects of projects including activities, deliveries, time, cost, resources, and risks
• Collaborate with organizational processes oriented towards people integration and development
• Elaborate proposals in coordination with the business development area
• Provide management with information regarding planning, execution, or activity control
• Contribute to project planning, estimates, projections, and status reports
• Alert for potential problems, deviations, needs, or anomalous situations
• Contribute to the creation of project dossiers using defined information repositories
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within quality and cost standards, and meeting stakeholder satisfaction and applicable norms

Requirements

• Higher education in Engineering, Management, or similar field
• Experience in management, structural calculation, and/or project design
• Mandatory experience in project coordination
• Experience in project management and KPI performance
• Knowledge of management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRICE2, or SCRUM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or PowerBI
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS/ISO9100 standards
