Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality standards and compliance across all project phases
• Manage project scope, change requests, and handle project escalations
• Support business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Production, CS, or IT preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall SDLC
• Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Prior exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects
• Prior exposure to AI technology in projects

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification
• AI-Technical understanding
