Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and innovation projects for major clients in the public sector, retail, and telecom industries
• Manage project planning and progress to ensure delivery goals are met
• Oversee resource allocation and quality management
• Manage project budgets, results, and financial performance
• Handle change management and deviation management throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management
• Background in the public sector, health, retail, or telecom industries
• Proven experience in digital development and digital technology implementation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies
• Fluency in Norwegian is required
