Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire system development process for Guidewire ClaimCenter projects
• Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with business partners and shared services
• Lead and manage IT program teams by applying standard project management processes
• Resolve project issues and proactively manage risks to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct project meetings and track progress against milestones
• Ensure vendor performance meets contractual specifications and SLAs
• Provide technical and analytical support to project team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing vendor projects for Japanese clients
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at a professional business level
• Proficiency in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management concepts
• Native Japanese fluency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with local delivery teams to resolve client issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• PMP certification with experience in Agile/Lean methodologies
• Prior experience working with Guidewire software
• Proficiency in English
