Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Commercial Lending Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations and enhancements using the CreditLens platform.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models to ensure successful program execution.
• Partner with Business, Commercial Lending, Credit Risk, Regulatory, IT, and Operations teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and updates to steering committees.
• Manage vendor performance, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee solution delivery including requirements planning, design alignment, integration coordination, and SIT/UAT.
• Ensure all projects align with banking risk, compliance, and regulatory controls.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management within the banking sector.
• Direct experience with Commercial Lending LOS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the CreditLens platform.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface with executive leadership.
• Experience in vendor performance management.
• Solid understanding of banking risk and compliance frameworks.
