About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Commercial Lending Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations and enhancements using the CreditLens platform.
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models to ensure successful program execution.
- Partner with Business, Commercial Lending, Credit Risk, Regulatory, IT, and Operations teams.
- Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and updates to steering committees.
- Manage vendor performance, milestones, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee solution delivery including requirements planning, design alignment, integration coordination, and SIT/UAT.
- Ensure all projects align with banking risk, compliance, and regulatory controls.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management within the banking sector.
- Direct experience with Commercial Lending LOS implementations.
- Hands-on experience with the CreditLens platform.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface with executive leadership.
- Experience in vendor performance management.
- Solid understanding of banking risk and compliance frameworks.
