Project Manager - CAPEX Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of 12-14 CAPEX projects from initial quotation through commissioning and handover
• Oversee full P&L responsibility for all assigned projects
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, and according to scope, quality, and schedule
• Generate stakeholder buy-in and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
• Manage customer relationships to maintain high satisfaction levels during project execution
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Risk Management departments
• Travel to project sites as needed for implementation and customer meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically with CAPEX projects
• PMP License, or a willingness to obtain one within one year of starting the role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to navigate unforeseen challenges and de-escalate complex situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Heating and Refrigeration industries
