Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee program workflow and daily intake operations to maintain efficiency
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and training materials
• Conduct quality assurance and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to government regulations
• Lead program sustainment, modernization, and transition planning
• Prepare monthly metrics and ad hoc reports regarding application trends and system performance
• Provide technical and administrative support as a primary point of contact
• Maintain regular updates to enrollment databases reflecting application progress

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in intake operations, enrollment processing, or records management
• 1 year of specialized experience in workflow management, compliance reviews, or SOP development
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal government programs
• Knowledge of Alaska Native communities, tribal enrollment, or genealogical research
• Experience in policy development and process improvement recommendations
