Project Manager, Campaigns and Content

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of brand and content projects, including all regional briefs.
• Act as a central point of coordination across marketing, creative operations, and regional teams.
• Partner with creative operation stakeholders to support workload planning and prioritization.
• Support production and post-production timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule and in correct formats.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies early, contributing to solution-focused resolutions.
• Support regional teams on campaign activations by guiding timelines, milestones, and handovers.
• Ensure all projects adhere to legal requirements, brand guidelines, and internal processes.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a project management role, ideally within a creative, marketing, or brand-led environment.
• Strong understanding of content production processes, workflows, and associated timings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative working style.
• Experience working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
