Project Manager - Campaign Delivery

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the client’s campaign calendar, ensuring all marketing activities are strategically planned, prioritized, and delivered on time
• Act as the primary bridge between the client and specialists to ensure technical execution aligns with strategic goals
• Provide proactive strategic insights and clarity to the client to optimize campaign performance
• Provide frequent, structured updates to the client on project progress, potential risks, and key decisions
• Manage day-to-day client communications and build strong partnerships
• Create project timelines, track milestones, and monitor budgets to ensure execution within scope
• Collaborate with internal developers, designers, and data teams to meet luxury brand quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM, digital marketing, or an agency environment
• Proven experience working with luxury or premium brands
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
• Experience managing campaign calendars and prioritizing workflows in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation projects
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in English
