Project Manager - Building Rehabilitation (AMO)

Responsibilities

• Manage various tertiary projects focused on energy rehabilitation and low-carbon building renovation
• Act as the primary contact for clients to define project implementation strategies
• Lead project management assistance (AMO) missions, energy audits, and energy master plans
• Conduct technical expertise missions including performance monitoring, maintenance follow-up, and renewable energy feasibility studies
• Ensure quality of service, respect for costs and deadlines, and support team skill development
• Perform regular travel to meet with clients

Requirements

• At least 10 years of technical expertise in AMO or Energy Efficiency consulting
• Strong interest in environmental issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client satisfaction focus
• Business acumen and ability to manage complex projects in evolving environments
