Project Manager Building and Services Technology (HKLS)

Responsibilities

• Conception, planning, and tendering of building technology systems (heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, and compressed air)
• Creation of functional specifications and bills of quantities, obtaining offers, and preparing orders
• Construction and manufacturing supervision, as well as commissioning monitoring
• Schedule, cost, and risk management for complex investment projects
• Optimization of building technology systems regarding functional, energetic, environmental, safety, and economic requirements
• Creation and management of drawings, layout plans, piping plans, and schemata
• General planning in interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of TGA interfaces with construction and plant technology

Requirements

• Degree in building services engineering or Master/Technician training in technical building equipment (HKLS)
• Ideally 5 years of experience in project and construction management
• Experience in planning and object supervision of building services systems
• Experience with HOAI / VOB/B
• Proficiency in calculation and CAD/CAE programs
• Good MS Office skills
