Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage integrated projects for beauty and e-commerce clients
• Oversee high-volume adaptation across various channels while maintaining brand consistency and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and deadlines
• Utilize project management and creative software tools to enhance workflow efficiency
• Ensure high-quality outputs through regular quality checks
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and adjust plans as necessary
• Maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact
• Analyze project performance to provide insights for future improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager within an ad agency
• Essential experience in the Beauty and/or Fashion sector
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-channel strategies
• Proficiency in project management and creative software tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront)
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
