Responsibilities
- Run creative and production processes from brief to delivery
- Manage multiple mid to high complexity projects simultaneously
- Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants and stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate AI workflows
- Manage project scoping, costing, and planning
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource utilization
- Identify risks and maintain risk registers
- Lead client-facing meetings and maintain high communication excellence
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of successful project management experience
- High English proficiency
- Experience in Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, or Print
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams
- Ability to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
