Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate AI workflows
  • Manage project scoping, costing, and planning
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and resource utilization
  • Identify risks and maintain risk registers
  • Lead client-facing meetings and maintain high communication excellence
  • Drive continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful project management experience
  • High English proficiency
  • Experience in Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, or Print
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
