Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, and content programs
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, technology, and client services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans
• Manage project budgets and resource forecasting to ensure profitability
• Establish quality control processes and approval workflows
• Transform complex requirements into clear, actionable briefs
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Monitor project performance against KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel marketing or creative projects with budgets of $100k+
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
• Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com or Asana
• Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for process optimization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Experience in financial planning and budget management
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial sector experience including understanding of marketing compliance and regulatory considerations
• Experience developing AI-assisted workflows for project tracking and reporting
