Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and control MiDAS platform and use case delivery activities
• Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and escalate impediments to ensure delivery cadence
• Track delivery status across concept, MVP, pilot, rollout, and operations
• Act as the central coordination point between core teams and stakeholders
• Support adoption of engineering frameworks, DevOps practices, and self-service workflows

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in project management, agile delivery, or technical program coordination
• Hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager
• Experience supporting software platform teams or AI-enabled engineering initiatives
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps, and release management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI platform delivery
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or GitHub
• Experience in a matrixed organization
