Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite engineering services and technical support for civil infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory
• Deliver programming, staging, and construction methodologies for land development, water/sewer upgrades, and road infrastructure
• Manage team outputs regarding profitability, efficiency, and human relations
• Lead monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, standards, and safety requirements
• Build and maintain effective relationships with repeat clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Develop and review subcontractor work packages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in the civil construction industry
• 2+ years of specific experience in project management
• Proven experience in earthworks, drainage, and road construction
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and client engagement
• Collaborative management style with a focus on outcome-driven teams
