Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite engineering services and technical support for multi-disciplinary civil projects
• Deliver programming, staging, and construction methodologies
• Achieve compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
• Manage team outputs regarding profitability, efficiency, and human relations
• Lead monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance
• Build effective relationships with repeat clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure a safe working environment across a portfolio including land development, water upgrades, and road infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Over 10 years of experience in the civil construction industry
• At least 2 years of specific experience in project management
• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary civil projects (community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, and road construction)
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and client engagement
