Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications
• Support contract negotiations with external vendors
• Assist in obtaining required permits and licenses from relevant authorities
• Identify and plan required resources including manpower, equipment, and materials
• Support operational planning and schedule intermediate project phases
• Manage project team members and allocate responsibilities
• Lead project teams and coordinate interactions with clients and contractors
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction Project Manager in industrial and commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science, or a related field
• Availability for business travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
