Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications
• Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors
• Support the process of obtaining required permits and licenses from authorities
• Determine necessary resources including manpower, equipment, and materials within budget constraints
• Assist in planning operations and scheduling phases to meet project deadlines
• Manage team members and assign responsibilities effectively
• Lead project teams and coordinate interactions with clients and contractors
• Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction project manager with a focus on industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Knowledge of food industry, manufacturing processes, packaging, layouts, and technical specifications
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a related field
• Availability for business travel or relocation

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
