Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including scoping, planning, execution, and closure
• Maintain meticulous project plans, status dashboards, RAID logs, and milestone tracking
• Facilitate cross-functional standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder syncs
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and scope creep with proposed solutions
• Serve as the communication backbone between engineering, QA, product, and client-facing teams
• Own resource coordination and capacity planning across sprint cycles
• Continuously improve project workflows, templates, and tooling

Requirements

• 3–6 years of project management or program management experience in software or technology
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Linear, or equivalent tools
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work across US and India time zones
• Demonstrated ability to learn independently and upskill proactively

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience in a high-growth startup or AI/software development company
• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and technical conversations
• Experience managing external client relationships
• Experience building project management systems from scratch
