Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts including strategy development, prospect identification, and proposal preparation
• Manage the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Oversee engineering managers and project teams to ensure performance goals are met
• Perform commercial management of projects, including budgeting, invoicing, and payments
• Interact with clients and community stakeholders to promote company services and advance market footprint
• Mentor and coach staff, providing recommendations for training and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership
• Professional Engineering (PE) License
• Strong understanding of budgets and financial metrics
• Proven contract negotiation skills, including knowledge of terms, risks, and pricing

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the Reno, Nevada market or similar regional infrastructure landscapes
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-profile government or municipal projects
