Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Leader in defining scope, maintaining master schedules, and tracking milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional progress between architects, engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Manage contract documentation, procurement workflows, and vendor deliverables
• Track risks, issues, and change orders, escalating blockers in logistics or permitting
• Run weekly project rhythms including agendas, minutes, and status reporting
• Own project documentation systems including RFI/submittals logs and drawing revisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in complex construction or mission-critical projects (datacenters, industrial, or power)
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or Excel
• Experience with document control platforms like Procore, Aconex, or SharePoint
• Working knowledge of datacenter infrastructure (power distribution, cooling, switchgear)
• Fluency in English and either Norwegian or Swedish
• Ability to type technical minutes and action points during meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in datacenter operations
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Familiarity with commissioning phases and structured turnover processes
• Understanding of the Norwegian contractor landscape and HSE expectations
