Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management from conception and planning through execution and completion
• Coordinate project planning to ensure high quality, strict deadlines, and effective cost control
• Manage client communications, including negotiations with clients and subcontractors
• Lead large, multi-disciplinary project teams and provide strategic direction
• Participate in tender processes, including design, submission, and review
• Negotiate and award contracts to suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and generate detailed reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with ethics, HSE, and QAQC regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Procurement and Crew Management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects as a general contractor, including multi-scope and fit-out projects
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Event Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Proven experience with Museums, Cultural projects, and permanent or semi-permanent installations
• Strong technical knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex project schedules
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
