Project Manager - Battery Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution
• Establish and manage project meeting mechanisms and facilitate relevant discussions
• Serve as the primary customer interface to gather requirements and coordinate implementation plans
• Coordinate materials, logistics, prototype builds, and testing resources during trial and validation phases
• Identify project risks and align internal resources to drive resolution
• Lead design and development reviews throughout all project phases
• Manage sample build and delivery activities at each development stage

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Management
• 3 years of EV Battery Pack Program Management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a high-pace, complex cross-functional environment
• Ability to comprehend complex problems and facilitate team decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of technical fundamentals regarding Battery Packs and systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
