Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules, including manpower, assignments, and equipment requirements
• Lead site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews to ensure understanding of scope and risk
• Communicate project status, including schedule, financials, risk, quality, and safety, to Senior Leadership and customers
• Maintain communication regarding changes affecting job scope, schedule, or budget
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly cost forecast reports tracking estimated vs. actual costs

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
• Ability to live and work on-site (requires relocation to project site)
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wind or solar energy sectors
