Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
• Provide oversight and improvement of the project management team efficiency
• Participate in customer site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews
• Coordinate work crews and schedule required equipment
• Develop and maintain overall project schedules, identifying critical path items and potential risks
• Communicate project status, including financial status, risk assessment, quality, and safety
• Work closely with Project Sales Representatives to transition projects from sales to execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or sufficient equivalent experience
• Experience meeting or exceeding essential project management duties
• Working knowledge of engineering plans and specifications
• Mechanically inclined with understanding of machinery and heavy construction
• Proficiency in basic math and geometry
• Understanding of construction contracts and Windows-based software
• Ability to travel as needed and manage field leadership
