Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complex change projects within the Trade and Working Capital Portfolio to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to ensure effective mitigation.
• Facilitate change management activities, such as training and communication, to embed new processes within the organization.
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and delivery execution.
• Strong expertise in project planning and RAID management.
• Ability to manage complex projects spanning multiple functions such as Operations, Technology, and Finance.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Corporate Banking or Trade Finance.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale change and transformation programs.
