Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of regional technology projects, specifically focusing on network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Define and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, scope, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans to minimize impact.
• Maintain updated project documentation, including work plans, executive reports, and progress presentations.
• Oversee implementation activities, including site visits to offices, distribution centers, or stores as required.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in technology project management.
• 2+ years of experience specifically leading infrastructure, networks, or telecommunications projects.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Valid B2 driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work onsite in Costa Rica and travel within the country.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, logistics, or corporate services sectors.
• Proficiency with Visio, Power BI, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
