- Proactively resolve project-related issues and make effective decisions
- Manage project budgets, contract compliance, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in ready-mix concrete
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in progress reporting and project documentation
- Knowledge of contract management principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
